The results show that: (1) the surface treatment has no effect on the crystal form and UV absorption of the TiO2 powder; (2) the compatibility of the organically treated TiO[OSf]2(TiO2) functional particles in the polyamide 6 matrix by the surface treatment The dispersibility is the best; (3) The Nylon 6 Yarn with anti-ultraviolet performance has the best performance. When the addition amount is only 1wt%, it can be judged that the fabric has anti-ultraviolet performance, and the anti-ultraviolet effect is positively correlated with the addition of functional additives; ( 4) Fibers only added with TiO2 cannot achieve the antibacterial effect stipulated by the national standard. Silver-based synergistic rutile phase TiO2 ([Ag]Ti) was used as functional additive to spin UV-resistant and antibacterial polyamide 6 fibers by a masterbatch method. The results show that: (1) the addition of a small amount of Ag has no effect on the crystal form of TiO2; (2) Ag/TiO2 can increase the amount of Ag and the photoactivity of TiO2 and its ability to act as an electron trap can greatly improve the UV absorption function of the powder; ( 3) When the content of TiO2 is the same as that of TiO[OSf]2, the fiber containing Ag/TiO2 can greatly improve its anti-ultraviolet effect, and the anti-ultraviolet effect of UPF is positively correlated with the addition of functional group additives; (4) Contains [Ag] The fibers of Ti particles all have antibacterial properties. When the content in the fibers reaches 2wt%, the antibacterial effect can reach 99.9%.
