The outstanding advantage of Nylon 6 fiber is that its abrasion resistance is superior to other fibers, and its abrasion resistance is one of the best among all textile fibers. Under the same conditions, the abrasion resistance of Nylon Pa6 is 10 times that of cotton, 20 times that of wool and 50 times that of rayon. If 15% Nylon 6 fiber is added to wool or cotton spinning, its abrasion resistance is 3 times higher than that of pure wool or fabric. Secondly, it has good elasticity, and its elastic recovery rate is comparable to that of wool. When the elongation of long fiber is 10%, its elastic recovery rate is 99%, while that of polyester is 67% and that of rayon is only 32% under the same conditions. Due to the good elastic recovery rate of nylon 6 fiber, its fatigue resistance is also good. Its fatigue resistance is close to that of polyester fiber but higher than that of other chemical fibers and natural fibers. Under the same test conditions, the fatigue resistance of nylon 6 fiber is 7~8 times higher than that of cotton fiber and dozens of times higher than that of rayon fiber. In addition, it is light, with a specific gravity of 1.14. Among the commercialized synthetic fibers, Polyamide Nylon 6 is second only to polypropylene (polypropylene, with a specific gravity of less than 1), and lighter than polyester (with a specific gravity of 1.38). Therefore, nylon 6 fiber can be processed into fine, soft and smooth silk for weaving beautiful and durable fabrics. In addition, nylon 6 fiber has good alkali resistance, but poor acid resistance. Under normal room temperature conditions, it can withstand 7% hydrochloric acid, 20% sulfuric acid, 10% nitric acid, and 50% caustic soda immersion, and the result is not corroded. Therefore, Fishing Net Use Nylon6 Yarn is suitable for anti-corrosion work clothes. In addition, it can be used as fishing nets, which are not afraid of seawater erosion. The service life of nylon fishing nets is 3 to 4 times longer than that of general fishing nets.
