Nylon 66 Material is soluble in phenol and hot concentrated sulfuric acid, has excellent electrical insulation properties, good alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and is the fiber with the best wear resistance among synthetic fibers.
Due to the addition of matting agent, semi-gloss Nylon 6 Yarn Nylon 6FDY industrial yarn and civil yarn have a softer appearance and matte characteristics, unlike bright Nylon 6 fiber fabrics with strong reflection and glare. In addition, it has three other functions.
1. Whitening function. Nano-level matting agent TIO2 makes the spun semi-matting nylon 6 fiber scatter the incident light, eliminate the aurora, reduce the transparency, and effectively increase the whiteness of the fiber. This special whitening function is also widely used in the synthesis and processing of cosmetics. .
2. UV resistant nylon 6 yarn. Nanoscale TIO2 particles are much smaller than the wavelength of UV light. The TIO2 particles in the semi-gloss nylon 6 fiber can reflect the ultraviolet rays acting on it in all directions. The larger the particle size of TIO2, the stronger the ability to scatter ultraviolet light; TIO2 has the electronic structure of a crystalline compound and can absorb ultraviolet light with a wavelength of less than 400 nanometers. Under the action of two factors, the fibers spun from the semi-gloss nylon 6 sheet have anti-ultraviolet function.
3. Antibacterial function. TIO2 will catalyze the reaction to generate superoxide cation free radicals in the interaction system of H2O and CO2, and has strong killing ability to bacteria such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus.
