Glass fiber reinforced nylon resin can overcome the above two shortcomings, reduce the water absorption to less than 1%, and increase the heat distortion temperature to 205 °C (reinforced nylon 6) and 250 °C (reinforced nylon 66) (both at 1.86 MPa). under load); the product has good dimensional stability, which further improves surface hardness, tensile strength, flexural strength and wear resistance. The tensile strength of 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 and nylon 66 is about 170MPa, and the specific strength has exceeded that of general light metals such as zinc and magnesium, and is close to aluminum. Carbon fiber composite nylon material has the characteristics of low density, high strength, good rigidity, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, antistatic, anti-electromagnetic interference, small thermal expansion coefficient, good dimensional stability, etc., and can be injection molding, extrusion molding, etc.
